As a customer doing business with one of our Association stores, you can rest assured that the store you choose is backed by years of knowledge, experience and the resources of the national AMPC Association. In most cases, our stores offer you choices in shipping carriers, UPS, FedEx, and U.S. Postal Service. 

The Independent Mail & Shipping Stores of Arizona (IMSSA) has been organizing and providing cooperative education to Mail and Parcel Stores in the Valley of the Sun for more than twenty  years.  IMSSA is proud to announce that it is the first Chapter to be recognized as an Affiliated Chapter of the Associated Mail and Parcel Centers.  AMPC has been the advocate and educational source of Mail and Parcel Stores nationwide since 1982, and they maintain the largest knowledge repository in the industry.

Each store has a different look and feel because it reflects the character of the individual store owner(s).  However, you will find that they all have a common can-do attitude.  With years of experience to rely upon there are not many packing or shipping circumstances that can totally stump an Association store.  Our member stores are interested in providing the best, and most appropriate service for you, their customer.  Our members provide access to multiple shipping sources and a host of packaging options.

These experiences, choices and knowledge are all driven by a single desire: to provide you, the customer, with the best experience possible in the mail and parcel environment.  As different and individual as each store might be, they all share this desire.  As independent operators they are not constrained by franchise or corporate agreements. Superb customer service is a desire of their hearts, not just words on a piece of paper.
